You may apply for a return or exchange within 45 days from the date of receipt of the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Application & Handling Process (Return / Exchange)

  • Order number

  • Proof of payment

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Relevant photos or videos

  1. Review
    Upon receiving your request, we will review the information provided. If approved, we will notify you through your contact details and provide the return address.

  2. Send the product back
    Please package the product properly and send it to the designated address below, then wait for us to receive it.

  1. Inspection & follow-up
    After we receive the returned product, we will conduct an inspection:

  • For returns, if the inspection confirms the reported issue, the refund process will be arranged;

  • For exchanges, if the inspection confirms the reported issue, we will arrange shipment of a replacement product within 1–3 business days.

4. Refund Details

After the return request is confirmed and the inspection is completed, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (such as bank cards, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
If the refund has not been completed within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

5. Cost Allocation

  1. For returns or exchanges due to appearance issues, quality issues, odor, severe color differences, or incorrect items, the related shipping costs will be borne by us;

  2. For returns or exchanges without a stated reason, the shipping costs will be borne by you.

6. Responsibility Statement

  • Please ensure that returned products are shipped in reasonable condition and packaged securely, preferably using the original packaging or equivalent protection;

  • Damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging or non-standard handling may affect the outcome of the return or exchange;

  • We will process each request fairly based on the actual inspection results.
